To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:A genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Must be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or GED is required. Capability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and provide a recent Tuberculosis test. Pass a pre-employment background check. Physical ability to perform various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
