Job Summary: We are in search of a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. In this vital role, you will implement behavior intervention plans and assist children in developing essential life skills, all while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans crafted by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children with autism achieve their individual goals.
  • Provide individualized ABA therapy to children, concentrating on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and communication development.
  • Maintain accurate data collection during therapy sessions to track progress and aid in evaluating treatment plans.
  • Employ behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors and encourage positive behavior change.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on ABA techniques to support the generalization of skills learned during therapy sessions.
  • Document detailed session notes, progress reports, and other essential documentation accurately and in an organized manner.
  • Guarantee the safety and well-being of children during therapy sessions by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment through daily cleaning tasks and sanitation of materials.
