About Circle Care Services
Circle Care Services provides ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. The team values a supportive workplace, strong supervision, and clear guidance. Both certified professionals and those working toward an RBT credential have opportunities to develop their skills and advance in behavioral health.
Role Overview
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings. Each technician follows ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA, focusing on meaningful progress for every child.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Record and monitor session data
- Support skill development and encourage positive behaviors
- Share updates and progress with the clinical team
Experience working with children, such as in teaching, nannying, babysitting, or as a paraprofessional, can be helpful in this role.
Work Setting and Schedule
- Home-based and clinic-based cases available
- Flexible scheduling, including after-school hours
Compensation
- $20–$30 per hour
