We provide career-oriented RBTs with opportunities to:

  • Progress from RBT to advanced roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and various corporate or clinic positions
  • Secure a full scholarship for a Master’s in ABA at Temple University
  • Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with autism in their homes, communities, or at our centers
  • Teach essential daily living skills and social skills utilizing evidence-based treatment methods
  • Gather, organize, and summarize objective data during sessions
  • Engage in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and other team members to meet client needs
  • Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as required to facilitate operations
