This unique opportunity allows you to support military families in a school-based setting, collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

The DoDEA School-Based RBT plays an essential role in providing behavioral support to students with autism and complex behavioral needs. Under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, model positive behavioral strategies for classroom teams, and contribute to the development of inclusive educational environments.

This full-time position is located on-site at Fort Liberty base schools, adhering to a year-round school calendar with shorter breaks throughout the year, ensuring pay continuity during scheduled school breaks.
