Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must: Demonstrate a passion for supporting children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Be at least 18 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not done in the past year. Successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Be physically capable of performing various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification following onboarding.

This rewarding position allows you to work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As an RBT, you will utilize evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors. This role requires a genuine passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Comprehensive training will be provided to empower you in your role, even if you do not have prior experience. It's important to be physically prepared, as the job involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds.
