Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Demonstrated patience and compassion with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED is required Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year) Successful completion of a pre-employment background check Ability to engage in various physical positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
