Qualifications

Passionate about supporting children with autism. Must be patient, compassionate, and a team player. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Capability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year). Must pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to perform various physical activities (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
