Even if you lack prior experience, we provide comprehensive training to prepare you for success in this role. However, you should be comfortable with physical activities, as children can be energetic and unpredictable. You will need to be capable of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of your daily tasks.
