Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Demonstrated patience and compassion, with strong teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, and a Tuberculosis test (if not done within the last year) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Physical capability to perform various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
