Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans with the support of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include using evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek passionate individuals who are committed to helping children achieve their fullest potential.

This role requires patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Comprehensive training will be provided to empower you in your role, regardless of prior experience. Be prepared for an active work environment as you may need to engage in various physical activities such as standing, walking, sitting, and lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds.
