Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Exemplary patience and compassion, with the ability to work collaboratively. Must be at least 18 years old. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as pass a Tuberculosis test if not done in the last year. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to engage in various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification upon completion of onboarding.

As a Behavior Technician, you will employ evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while effectively managing challenging behaviors. Your commitment to helping children reach their fullest potential is essential.

However, this role requires physical stamina as you will be actively engaged with children, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
