Join our dedicated team at Centria Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a significant impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills, while also addressing any challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are genuinely passionate about helping children reach their full potential and who possess the patience and compassion necessary for this important work.

Comprehensive training will be provided, making this a great opportunity even if you lack prior experience. The nature of this role requires physical activity, as you must be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds. This position is not for the faint-hearted, as working with children can be unpredictable, but the joy of making a difference is immensely rewarding.
