Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who:Are deeply passionate about supporting children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Are at least 18 years old. Possess a high school diploma or GED. Can obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not done in the last year. Can successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Are physically capable of moving in various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) and lifting up to 50 pounds. Additionally, candidates must achieve Registered Behavior Technician Certification upon completing onboarding.
