About the job

MeBe provides evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The team combines expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, all delivered through a play-focused approach. The organization aims to empower families, professionals, and communities by sharing knowledge and practical training in proven methods.

Registered Behavior Technicians at MeBe work directly with children, supporting their growth and development. This position offers the chance to build a career in behavior therapy while contributing to a collaborative and purpose-driven team.

Training and Support

  • Comprehensive ABA training program following the Vincent Carbone method
  • Two weeks of paid training to prepare for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam
  • Mentorship from experienced Supervisors, with opportunities to shadow and ask questions
  • Ongoing professional development and support
