Role overview

Registered Behavior Technicians at MeBe help children with autism develop new skills and confidence. This position in Carlsbad provides a pathway to start or grow a career in behavior therapy. Training and mentorship are a core part of the experience, supporting professional growth and ongoing learning.

Training and support

  • Comprehensive ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method
  • Two weeks of paid training designed to prepare for the RBT exam
  • Ongoing guidance and mentorship from experienced supervisors
