MeBe seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Carlsbad who are working toward or planning to pursue Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. The MeBe Candidate Program is designed to support future BCBAs with supervised fieldwork, a focused curriculum, and opportunities for professional growth.

MeBe delivers evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Services include Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), all delivered with a playful, research-driven approach. The mission centers on empowering families, professionals, and communities through education and training in proven methods.
