We are in search of a passionate Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Responsibilities of the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management strategies rooted in the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Support the creation and execution of individualized care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing effective behavioral therapy techniques.
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain precise documentation and records to track patient progress.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with the development and implementation of care plans.
