CGS Federal is on the lookout for a skilled Relativity Subject Matter Expert (SME) to become an integral part of our dynamic eDiscovery team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Relativity staff and your fellow team members to troubleshoot and resolve software-specific challenges, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
As a Relativity SME, you will be instrumental in testing software releases and developing essential templates, views, scripts, and workflows that enhance user experience across various workspaces, including those across entire divisions. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a supportive environment where innovation thrives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced support and guidance in utilizing Relativity for attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
- Conduct specialized data culling and identification within Relativity, employing complex searches and custom indices for matters related to litigation holds and other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to troubleshoot user issues such as access problems, slowness, or installation difficulties.
- Contribute to the testing of software releases and develop templates, views, scripts, or workflows for operational efficiency across workspaces.
- Maintain proficiency in Relativity and its analytics tools by staying updated on software changes and developments, engaging with the Relativity User Portal, and actively participating in community discussions.
- Serve as an advocate for the CFTC staff by promoting new feature requests and collaborating with industry professionals to enhance the Relativity experience.
