Your journey will begin in the sales cycle, where you will collaborate closely with customers and Account Executives to establish success metrics and actionable plans for efficient value delivery. Through a combination of training sessions, interactive workshops, and hands-on support, you will work alongside our Mid-Market and Enterprise clientele to design and implement AI-driven workflows that automate intricate business operations and unveil new efficiencies. Your leadership will guide customers from initial design to successful execution, ensuring that each solution provides sustained impact and value, and that customers enjoy a premier onboarding experience, a smooth transition to our Customer Experience team, and a solid foundation for success with our product.About You:You are passionate about customer success. You empathize with their challenges, share in their victories, and celebrate their “ah-ha!” moments as if they were your own. Possessing a natural talent for solving complex problems, you dive deep into understanding customers’ systems, industries, and internal processes. You are equipped with both soft skills for relationship building and technical skills for troubleshooting APIs, querying databases, prompting advanced AI models, and constructing effective Parabola workflows. Your experience includes managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
