We are looking for a dedicated Reliability Engineer (DfR) to join our dynamic team in Shanghai. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest reliability standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering results from Design for Reliability (DfR) work.
  • Creating and overseeing DfR plans.
  • Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness of reliability requirements in alignment with both internal and external standards.
  • Assessing risks and consequences of deviating from or missing requirements.
  • Designing optimal systems to enhance reliability.
  • Proposing development topics and necessary investigative depth in the early phases of projects.
  • Selecting appropriate design rules and approving designs based on reliability considerations.
  • Evaluating technical risks associated with deviations and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Considering manufacturing impacts and the entire product life cycle in reliability assessments.
  • Contributing to technology selection and manufacturing processes.
  • Requesting necessary project resources.
  • Conducting reliability assessments of designs.
  • Supporting the verification and validation process.
  • Requesting approvals for risk assessments.
  • Defining measures to minimize risks.
  • Developing effective verification plans utilizing innovative validation methods for time and cost efficiency.
