Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to be part of a high-achieving B2B Tech/SaaS sales team. This is an exhilarating opportunity for individuals eager to pursue remote sales careers, focusing on outbound B2B sales, SaaS lead generation, and client engagement in fast-paced technology firms.
As a BDR, your pivotal role will involve driving revenue growth by pinpointing and qualifying B2B SaaS prospects, engaging with key decision-makers, and creating a robust sales pipeline for our Account Executives. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to target businesses within the tech and SaaS sectors, actively contributing to customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting efforts targeting B2B tech and SaaS businesses through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify high-potential B2B SaaS leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with influential decision-makers (e.g., founders, executives, department heads) within technology-centric organizations.
- Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives within the SaaS sales pipeline.
- Maintain precise records of all prospect interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Conduct market research on SaaS industries, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and target accounts.
- Work in tandem with sales and marketing teams to enhance B2B outreach strategies and messaging.
- Consistently meet or surpass weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline generation.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, lead generation, or roles as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).
- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting within technology or SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage business stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Proven capability in handling cold outreach, objection handling, and consultative selling.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and strong ownership of the sales pipeline.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with exceptional time management skills.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and B2B purchasing processes.
