Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a remarkable opportunity to work remotely for a US-based company, engaging with a talented and passionate team that is at the forefront of data privacy and AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling (50+ calls daily), email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets for setting qualified meetings.
- Leverage CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales software to monitor sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (C1-C2 level).
- Proficient in cold calling (50+ calls daily), email, and LinkedIn outreach targeting companies in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
