Role Overview
As the Fund Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of fund accounting across all venture funds supported by Decile. This role demands a high level of accounting judgment, adherence to standards, and effective escalation processes, guaranteeing that financial outputs are not only accurate but also defensible and uniformly applied across various fund structures.
In this position, you will gain extensive exposure to the operations of venture funds at scale, collaborating closely with senior fund accountants, treasury and compliance teams, as well as external audit and tax professionals. Additionally, the Fund Controller will partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate accounting standards and unique scenarios into scalable systems and workflows as our platform continues to evolve.
