Excellent organizational skills and resourcefulness. Proficient in building rapport with customers through effective communication. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues comprehensively. Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. Self-managed with the ability to work independently. Strong time management skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively. Aptitude for learning technical troubleshooting skills and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications:Must be a US citizen residing in the United States. Knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus. Clear of any felonies or offenses related to fraud or theft.

The ideal candidate for this remote role will possess a strong background in customer service and demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you should be self-motivated and proactive in addressing customer needs and inquiries. Basic troubleshooting of the client's products and services may also be part of this role. This position is offered as an independent contractor within the Studio 613 network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of communication.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete customer satisfaction.
