In this impactful role, you will leverage empathy, insight, and strategic advice to assist caregivers in discovering the best care options for their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an expert resource for families navigating the growing senior care industry, ensuring an exceptional experience that aligns with our company mission.
Handle inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office, adhering to your assigned schedule.
Conduct comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
Educate families about tailored senior care options, identifying senior living communities and home care providers that best suit their needs.
Serve as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.
Success Factors:
Your success will be gauged by your ability to meet daily production targets (inbound calls and outbound return calls), which include referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins. As a Welcome Advisor, you will create the company’s first impression, focusing on empathetic engagement and delivering an outstanding family experience.
