We specialize in the installation of Starlink satellite internet, structured networking, Wi-Fi optimization, and innovative connectivity solutions. With a surge in demand nationwide, we are expanding our remote sales team to cater to a growing influx of inbound customer requests.

This position is entirely remote and commission-based, allowing you to transform warm inbound leads, customers who are already interested in enhancing their internet and networking experience, into sales. Forget cold calling, purchased lists, and gimmicks; this is a role driven by genuine inbound demand paired with a proven service.

Successful representatives consistently earn between $5,000 and $10,000+ per month. Your income is directly linked to your performance, with top performers exceeding $10,000+ monthly. The harder you work, the more you earn!

In this role, you will be tasked with converting qualified inbound leads, responding to incoming sales inquiries, and advising customers on the most suitable connectivity solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will simplify complex concepts about Starlink, Wi-Fi networking, and installation options so that customers can easily understand.

Efficiently book installations, manage customer interactions within our CRM system, and diligently follow up on warm inquiries to maximize your conversion potential. This self-directed role requires you to operate independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives and upholding high standards of professional communication.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in telecom, broadband, networking, or technical sales. You must be adept at explaining technical products to non-technical clients and be confident in closing deals over the phone. Self-motivation, organization, and comfort in a remote work environment are essential.

This performance-driven position is best suited for individuals who value uncapped earning potential over fixed hourly or salary compensation.

Commission per completed installation ranges from $90 to $150. Realistic earnings are $5,000+ per month, with top performers achieving $8,000 to $10,000+ monthly. There is no limit to earnings, and performance bonuses may be available.

Outstanding performers will have pathways to advance into senior sales roles, mentor new team members, and transition into leadership positions. Promotions are based on your performance and results rather than tenure.
