Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.5-7 years of product-level experience with MATLAB in developing and implementing DSP algorithms. Robust understanding of digital signal processing fundamentals, linear systems, probability, and statistical signal analysis. Proficient with tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, Python (NumPy/SciPy), and relevant signal analysis libraries. Exceptional communication and technical documentation skills in both English and Japanese. Preferred QualificationsExperience in software-defined radio (SDR), radar systems, communication systems, or biomedical signal processing. Familiarity with FPGA implementations of DSP algorithms (VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog). Knowledge of RF systems, sensors, and data acquisition hardware. Understanding of machine learning techniques applicable to signal processing challenges.

  • Support clients in creating and fine-tuning real-time DSP systems for deployment on various platforms, including CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, and FPGAs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hardware and software engineering to achieve system integration and optimization.
  • Participate in meetings across different time zones, accommodating early morning or late-night schedules as needed.
