Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This position is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the lives of clients. Candidates must hold a valid state license in Virginia or be willing to obtain licensure.
Compensation:
This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly role. Our clinical rates range from $40 to $54 per hour, depending on the number of hours you wish to work. This rate compensates for both direct client care and necessary documentation.
Sign-On Bonus: Clinicians who are available during high-demand hours (weeknight evenings after 5 p.m. and/or weekends) can earn a sign-on bonus of $150 for each eligible hour, paid in two installments at 3 and 6 months of employment. The total bonus amount will vary based on your availability.
Schedule Flexibility:
SLPs are encouraged to create their own schedules to meet their needs, with a minimum requirement of 7 hours of availability each week, including weekday evenings after 3:30 p.m. and/or weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose conditions and create individualized care plans utilizing Expressable’s innovative technology platform and clinical tools.
• Provide care focused on measurable outcomes, educational support for caregivers, and engagement.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in alignment with quality standards.
• Actively participate in required training and compliance tasks.
• Cover for colleagues’ PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.
