This is a hands-on position that emphasizes the construction and scaling of backend systems, APIs, and supporting infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with a compact team to deliver quickly, enhance system performance, and architect scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and scale backend services and APIs that drive our core product.Engineer systems capable of handling real-time processing and managing high-throughput workloads.Enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform.Work on data flows, asynchronous processing, and system integrations.Contribute to our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Leverage AI coding tools to speed up development cycles.Collaborate with fellow engineers and founders regarding architectural and technical decisions.Your QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of backend engineering experience.Proven track record in building and deploying production systems.Expertise in backend development with a language-agnostic approach (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.).Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
