Role Overview

The Renewals Representative joins a team focused on delivering value to customers throughout their journey with Postman. This role is based in Austin, Texas. The Renewals Representative manages the end-to-end subscription renewal process and plays a key part in customer retention and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the full subscription renewal lifecycle: notify customers, create quotes, and close renewal opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed revenue and retention goals each quarter and year.
  • Maintain and track the renewals pipeline with strong forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze customer renewal data to shape retention and uplift strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify upsell and upgrade options.
  • Spot at-risk renewals and partner with Sales and Customer Success to develop win-back plans.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Build and maintain a thorough understanding of Postman’s products and plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of renewals experience in SaaS, including work with value-added resellers and software distributors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Demonstrated sales skills and deep knowledge of the renewal lifecycle.
  • Comfortable managing customer quotes, contracts, and terms.
  • Track record of identifying and applying best practices in renewals or customer retention.
