Contract to Hire after 6 Months

The Reporting and Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the IT and Finance departments by conducting capital and expense analysis, along with comprehensive reporting. The successful candidate will leverage various tools like Business Objects, Microsoft Office Suite, Integrify, SharePoint Designer, Visio, and Clarity for insightful reporting. This role will focus on enhancing user understanding, pinpointing performance improvement opportunities, and conducting ad hoc analysis to bolster key organizational initiatives, including auditing and administrative management.

In this position, the Analyst will utilize Clarity-sourced data to facilitate monthly financial reporting and data management, ensuring accuracy and predictive insights. Responsibilities include generating resource capital and expense utilization reports across departments monthly. For data not available through existing Clarity reports, the Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure dashboards and reports for various user roles and departmental cost centers. This role also involves capturing reporting requirements, sharing, distributing, securing, and leveraging data resources effectively.

Functional responsibilities include:

  1. Creation of documentation, processes, and procedural documentation.
  2. Running routine financial reports such as CapEx month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  3. CapEx finance administration, tracking, and compliance within the Clarity System.
  4. Providing reporting and analytical support to the IT and Finance groups using various reporting tools.
  5. Acting as the system administrator for specific applications.
  6. Providing backup and support for the Support team.
  7. Maintaining all data points for accurate reporting and portlets, including Team OBS assignments and structures, Resource Department assignments, Project Department assignments, Customer OBS structure, Group right assignments and structures, Resources, Projects, NPIOs, etc.
