Join pureIntegration as a Reporting & Invoicing Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in supporting the BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment) project by managing reporting and financial submissions. This role requires a blend of analytical, operational, and compliance skills, along with a solid grasp of broadband infrastructure (OSP/Cable/Fiber) and the capability to interpret complex data accurately.
This position is fully remote within the U. S. and is structured as a W-2 hourly engagement for 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting for up to 500 BEAD projects, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all state and local data requirements.
- Collect, validate, and prepare data for BEAD submissions, aligning with federal and state regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of BEAD application and contract requirements, ensuring all obligations are met and effectively communicated to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external data sources to secure necessary reporting information.
- Draft and submit internal management reports and compliance summaries as requested.
- Establish and maintain weekly and monthly trackers to prioritize and address backlog or data correction items.
- Perform regular audits of data integrity and quality to ensure compliance with established metrics.
Invoicing & Financial Tracking
- Manage invoicing processes (typically quarterly) for all relevant BEAD projects, ensuring milestone obligations are met prior to submission.
- Analyze contracts and associated documentation to confirm that financial and deliverable conditions are fulfilled before invoicing.
- Gather and prepare all necessary data for invoicing submissions across multiple states, ensuring accuracy across various regulatory formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking.
- Assist in budget management and forecasting activities related to each state’s BEAD program.
- Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on invoicing progress, aging items, and potential challenges.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal technical, construction, finance, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and timely reporting.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance reporting accuracy.
