Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Research Intern to assist in the exploration of task decomposition and multimodal fusion techniques for imitation learning within robotic manipulation contexts. This internship is perfect for students or early-career researchers who are eager to apply machine learning, computer vision, and robotics to tackle real-world automation challenges in the industrial sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and assess methods for breaking down complex robotic manipulation tasks.
Explore and implement multimodal sensor fusion techniques (such as vision, force, and tactile sensors) to enhance policy learning.
Design and evaluate imitation learning pipelines utilizing both simulated and real-world robotic platforms.
Work collaboratively with our engineering team to integrate research findings into prototype systems.
Document and effectively communicate research outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
