About fapon

Located in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, Fapon is comprised of a dedicated team of passionate and skilled professionals. Our diverse backgrounds in research and industry empower us to remain at the forefront of innovation. At Fapon, our mission is to advance noninvasive diagnostics and monitoring by utilizing advanced machine learning algorithms and proprietary molecular techniques to extract, quantify, and interpret human RNA found in stool samples. Through whole transcriptome sequencing of human transcripts shed from gut and immune cell populations, we aim to identify clinically relevant biomarkers that indicate mucosal integrity, disease presence, inflammatory activity, and overall gastrointestinal health. Our multiplex RNA-based panels integrate signals from various pathways to provide a comprehensive and actionable understanding of disease biology, enhancing diagnosis, monitoring, and the overall comprehension of gut health.
