Since our inception in 2018, we have developed a tech-driven logistics platform that supports over 500 brands, ranging from ambitious DTC newcomers to established global names such as MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With a team of over 110 employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, our custom WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses throughout Europe, we are tackling logistics challenges that others have yet to confront , making fulfillment processes faster, smarter, and more sustainable.

With more than $20M in funding and the trust of the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we are on an aggressive growth trajectory , aiming for 10 million orders in 2024 as we expand our enterprise capabilities. The path forward is ambitious, and we are searching for the right individual to help us spearhead this journey.

Your Role

As a Research Engineer, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining efficient and robust algorithms that significantly enhance our warehouse operations. You will operate at the critical intersection of research and engineering, pinpointing optimization opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders on operational feasibility, and implementing solutions that create immediate and visible improvements in our European fulfillment network.

This role represents one of the most impactful opportunities available today , every percentage point of performance we gain from our algorithms enables us to scale even more rapidly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify optimization opportunities within our WMS algorithms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational feasibility and discuss trade-offs
  • Develop and maintain efficient algorithms that substantially enhance our operations
  • Gather feedback, assess performance, and iterate based on real-world results
