Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: No specific criteria.
- Gender: Open to all.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Required proficiency in internet use, PowerPoint presentations, emails, and spreadsheet applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research tasks including downloading annual reports, sourcing candidate profiles from LinkedIn, collecting contact information, gauging initial interest, and arranging meetings.
- Documentation tasks including finalizing RFIs, Candidate Assessment Forms (CAST FORM), and compensation charts with guidance from senior team members.
- Preparation and printing of documentation for review meetings and interviews.
- Data management and storage.
