The Role

We are on the lookout for a talented researcher to join our LTX Model Applications team. Your primary focus will be to enhance and broaden the capabilities of our LTX-Video models. You will engage in designing innovative use cases, developing new methodologies for controlling the generation process, and challenging the limits of generative video technology. Your contributions will directly impact millions of users through our applications and further enrich the research and open-source communities, ultimately shaping the next generation of creative tools.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Enhancing and broadening the capabilities of our LTX-Video models through innovative controls, features, and use cases.
  • Designing and implementing machine learning models for video, image, and audio generation, as well as multimodal applications.
  • Conducting experiments, prototyping concepts, and validating ideas to drive advancements in generative video technology.
  • Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate research insights into impactful product features.
  • Regularly contributing to the open-source community by publishing code, models, and research findings.
  • Staying abreast of the latest research in generative AI related to video, image, and audio, and integrating relevant advancements into our products.
  • Writing high-quality, efficient code while adhering to best practices in research workflows.
  • Mentoring fellow researchers and leading collaborative projects.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree in computer science or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • Solid foundation in generative AI, particularly in video and image generation and processing.
  • Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and lead projects from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with the latest advancements in generative AI.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
