Job Summary

As a Residential Construction Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by performing thorough inspections and necessary repairs on completed homes, adhering to both product and company warranties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Post Closing Customer Visits (PCCV) and execute inspections in line with departmental and company standards.
  • Address customer needs through the completion of work orders; provide on-site problem-solving support.
  • Coordinate with and schedule subcontractors to carry out required tasks.
  • Initiate service work orders, set appointments with subcontractors, monitor work progress and quality, and keep customers informed on the status of their requests.
  • Oversee and guide subcontractors to enhance efficiency and workflow.
  • Manage service vehicle inventories, ensuring availability of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Engage in departmental meetings to discuss service challenges, work schedules, job quality, performance improvement, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Support special projects as assigned and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
