Position Overview
The Residential Direct Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in enhancing our customer base by engaging with potential clients through face-to-face interactions in their neighborhoods. You will focus on promoting our residential internet services, with opportunities to collaborate in multiple dwelling units (MDUs). This outdoor role involves visiting residences to meet sales targets while fostering strong relationships with your team leader and peers to refine sales strategies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage residential customers to showcase Google Fiber’s internet offerings.
- Develop a robust lead pipeline through door-to-door outreach and follow up via in-person, phone, or email communications.
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including customer details and conversion progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Effectively communicate the unique value of Google Fiber to prospective clients.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Google Fiber’s network and technical deployments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to engage in outdoor activities, including frequent walking and climbing stairs.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily activities.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check in compliance with company standards.
