Role Overview:
As the District Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth compared to the previous year by fostering a remarkable customer experience through:
- Conducting effective store visits to evaluate Store Manager performance using available reports, setting clear objectives aligned with Lovisa’s standards.
- Ensuring clear and consistent communication through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings aimed at coaching and developing your team.
- Recruiting a passionate, customer-focused team while developing a succession plan within Lovisa.
- Reducing unnecessary costs through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in place at the right time.
- Minimizing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring Store Managers and teams adhere to the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices.
- Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to travel interstate and/or internationally to meet business needs.
