Collaborate with organizational processes focused on the integration and development of personnel.Develop proposals in coordination with the business development area.Provide the area manager with requested information regarding planning, execution, or control of activities, including:Contributing to Planning;Providing estimates and projections;Creating status reports;Alerting to potential issues, deviations, needs, and anomalies.Assist in compiling the project dossier, utilizing the defined information repository.Plan, organize, monitor, and report on all project aspects (activities, deliverables, time, cost, resources, risks), in coordination with relevant stakeholders at each phase.Ensure the execution of projects, products, or services within deadlines, quality standards, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction, adhering to applicable norms, established policies, requirements, and/or defined roadmaps, while ensuring that management control processes are properly implemented, maintained, and continually reviewed and improved.
