The Role:

The Floor Lead is a vital member of our store leadership team, responsible for driving store success by maintaining exceptional customer service standards, enhancing team development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a key figure on the sales floor, you will demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills and consistently embody Mejuri’s core values. A natural motivator and team collaborator, you will inspire your colleagues with a positive, can-do attitude, fostering a vibrant environment for both staff and customers.

Customer Focus:

  • STACK: Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by training and upholding Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
  • STACK Leadership: Maximize results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving both personal and team performance and engagement.
  • Services: Promote a positive customer experience and enhance service offerings, including piercing and engraving.
  • KPIs: OPH, NPS (85% or higher), SPH, STACK Leader Segment: Conversion and Sales Success.

Operations:

  • Inventory: Participate in the execution of monthly inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accurate stock management.
