Job Listing: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional high-speed internet, mobile, home security, video, and voice services to both residential and business customers.
Position Overview:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and leading a talented team of representatives to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales representatives to maximize sales performance in your retail location.
- Implement best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional strategies, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and improve the business performance of the retail location to meet strategic objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff while managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Design and execute weekly and monthly sales incentives to exceed growth targets.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance operational cost efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management for mobile devices and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and monitor financial transactions.
- Deliver exemplary customer service during every customer interaction.
- Work closely with the Leadership & Training team to maintain effective sales training and development programs.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience required.
- Prior experience in wireless, cable, or retail sales preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Full-time availability (minimum 45 hours per week) with flexibility in scheduling.
