Retail Technology Project Analyst (Temporary)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Technology Project Analyst on a temporary full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our retail technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage third-party suppliers as well as service delivery agreements.
- Coordinate the support and enhancement of essential IT systems for our retail partners, integrating various in-house and external suppliers.
- Engage in all project phases including initiation, definition, execution, and close-out.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with senior management teams across various functions to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Communicate business strategies and objectives effectively to clients.
- Ensure the successful completion of projects, meeting both customer and business expectations.
- Define and manage key performance indicators and quantitative metrics.
- Develop operational procedures and system specifications to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation for all procedures and responsibilities.
- Provide training for new team members as necessary.
- Assist the helpdesk with customer inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Complete support requests efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in additional projects as directed by management.
- This role will require nationwide travel and may involve overnight stays.
