What you will do Track and report on the health and performance of assigned publishers and DSPs, sharing insights with account teams. Monitor key programmatic metrics including bid rate, win rate, eCPM, and revenue trends. Identify and investigate performance anomalies to find root causes. Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize customer performance and spot new opportunities. Deliver ad-hoc analyses and data extracts to support Business Development and Account Management in client conversations. Ensure reporting remains consistent, accurate, and useful for all stakeholders. Analyze publisher and DSP pairings to help business units meet performance targets. Highlight segments where auction dynamics, pricing, or configurations could affect competitiveness or profitability. Measure and communicate findings to support yield and margin objectives. Key skills and experience Experience in analytics roles within programmatic advertising or adtech. Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Business Development and Account Management.
