Job Title: Revenue Cycle Management Manager

About the Role:
We are in search of a dedicated and meticulous Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to spearhead and enhance our revenue processes within our behavioral healthcare services. This pivotal role involves managing insurance reimbursements, cultivating payer relationships, overseeing credentialing, handling patient collections, and performing revenue analytics. We are looking for a proactive leader who possesses a deep understanding of the unique billing and collections environment in behavioral health and is passionate about implementing systems that optimize financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with our third-party billing provider to ensure effective collaboration
- Monitor and resolve outstanding accounts receivable (AR) to facilitate timely reimbursement
- Enhance processes pertaining to patient financial responsibilities and collections
- Facilitate housing payment collections as needed
- Guide payer contracting, insurance credentialing, and recredentialing processes
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools and reports to support real-time revenue tracking and strategic decision-making
- Identify and execute process enhancements to boost revenue cycle efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure revenue strategies are in sync with clinical operations
