In the role of Revenue Operations Analyst at RxVantage, you will be the analytical cornerstone of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, delivering insightful connections between data and revenue outcomes. This position is crucial for understanding performance metrics, uncovering growth opportunities, and enabling data-driven decisions throughout the client lifecycle.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate precise, actionable insights that span across all GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Account Management. You will be tasked with designing, updating, and enhancing GTM reporting, ultimately providing executive-level insights that empower leaders to optimize pipelines, enhance revenue efficiency, and boost customer engagement. As a critical source of revenue intelligence, you will ensure a consistent foundation for GTM metrics and performance analysis.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the revenue organization while also engaging with Operations, IT, Finance, Data, and Product teams to centralize all GTM reporting functions, including commissions, product feedback, and revenue retention.

Working alongside the Director of Sales Operations, you will help shape and prioritize the GTM Intelligence roadmap and facilitate enablement programs that grant real-time access to strategic information for key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Service, and Account Management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Guarantee data integrity and alignment between Go-To-Market systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement) and financial systems by reconciling revenue, bookings, and pipeline metrics, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with RxVantage finance and revenue teams to manage commission processes for Go-To-Market team members.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders to define success metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across each operational area.
  • Translate raw data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for executives and GTM leaders.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities within existing processes.
