Conduct tower modifications, inspections, and audits.
Lead and manage crew members effectively, while also being receptive to direction.
Assist in constructing a variety of communication sites including monopoles, rooftops, self-supporting towers, and guyed structures.
Utilize RF test equipment to perform basic Sweep and PIM testing accurately.
Adhere to proper procedures for all rigging operations.
Take accountability for project execution, focusing on scope, safety, schedule, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
Prioritize safety by consistently following all OSHA procedures and company policies.
Ensure 100% tie-off when working on towers.
Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in construction or telecommunications is preferred.
Hands-on experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU’s, and fiber installation.
Basic electrical skills along with proficiency in using power and hand tools.
A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and reliable transportation.
Physically fit and willing to climb structures over 300 feet in various weather conditions.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull weights exceeding 75 lbs.
Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and the ability to learn and retain new information.
Maintains professional and positive relationships with management, coworkers, and clients.
Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends as required.
