About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Risk and Compliance Lead to spearhead our security compliance initiatives across the organization. This pivotal role will involve ensuring robust security controls to identify and mitigate risks effectively. You will collaborate closely with legal, engineering, operations, and customers as necessary to ensure that compliance status is effectively communicated.
Key Responsibilities at Applied Intuition:
- Lead and enhance the security governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) program, including policy lifecycle management, risk register maintenance, and alignment of control frameworks throughout the organization.
- Perform thorough enterprise and product-level risk assessments to identify, prioritize, and monitor risks in accordance with the company’s risk appetite, translating findings into actionable remediation plans for stakeholders.
- Manage and support various compliance initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
